The things people ask before the first clean.
How do I get a price?
Send us your town, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you'd like us, and roughly when the place was last cleaned. That's usually enough for us to come back the same day with a real number, and it's the number you'll pay. Every home is different, so we'd rather price yours properly than hand you a chart.
Do I need to be home?
Not really. It helps if you're around the first time so we can go over what matters most to you, but after that most clients leave a key or a code and come home to a clean house. Whatever you choose, we lock up the same way we found it.
Will things get moved around?
Only what has to be, and it goes back. We clean around your setup instead of reorganizing it. If there's a room, a drawer or a shelf you'd rather we skip entirely, tell us once and we'll remember.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, everything: products, cloths and a vacuum. If you have sensitivities, pets, stone counters or products you'd rather we use, leave them out and we'll use yours instead.
What about pets?
Dogs and cats are no problem. Just tell us their names and whether they should stay in a room while we work.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Zelle or Venmo, after the clean. Nothing upfront and no card kept on file.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. If something comes up, give us a day's notice and we'll move you.
What if something isn't done right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. That's the whole policy.
